As we get ready for Crowdfund 2026, one phrase rings true for me: Tradition Never Graduates.
As we work to restore the winning tradition in football, you are forever a Viking, and giving back to our football program shows our current athletes how much you care. It always meant a great deal to me to see alumni donations to the program as a former player here at Lawrence.
Football teaches our student-athletes discipline, resilience, and leadership—lessons that extend far beyond the field. They balance demanding academics with the commitment it takes to compete at the collegiate level, and your support helps us provide the resources and experiences they need to grow as players and as people.
Now I'm back as your coach, and we're working to turn the ship around. Our student-athletes need to see what I saw as a player—that Vikings take care of Vikings. Your support makes all the difference.
